The HYPOXI Dermology Treatment firms and regenerates the connective tissue and skin, activates the lymphatic system, and eliminates toxins.

30 minutes of HYPOXI Training with Trainer L 250 or Trainer S120 or Vacunaut Training
The HYPOXI Combination Therapy consists of:
20 minutes of HYPOXI Dermology treatment + 30 minutes of HYPOXI Training
Allow an extra 20 minutes for your first session (body-analysis and measurements)
Best results for shaping your body are achieved by doing 3 training sessions per week.

![]() | Should I follow special nutrition program or not? |
On the HYPOXI Training days:
Remember sufficient liquid intake (about 2-3 liters of water or tea, with 0 calories, i.e. Herbal Tea)
Before HYPOXI Training:
About 1 – 4 hours before the training, consume meals based on carbohydrates (preferably wholegrain products)
After HYPOXI Training:
Do not have any carbohydrates for the next 8 hours. Meals should be mainly based around lean proteins combines with non-starchy vegetables and salad. Light dressing/oil & vinegar based
On non HYPOXI Training days:
Avoid sugar, alcohol, and foods high in fat.
Only eat foods that have are nutrient dense. Drink 2-3 liters of water or drink with 0 calories (i.e. Herbal Tea)
![]() | Should I exercise (do other sports) in addition? |
On the HYPOXI Training day:
No sports activities should be taken on the same day as HYPOXI, particularly sports after HYPOXI, this will only delay the outcomes of the therapy. If you need take other sport activities on the same day as HYPOXI it should be taken at least 4 hours before HYPOXI Training and should be moderate and not intense sport.
The days between HYPOXI Training:
Cardio, weight training and all sports are allowed.
![]() | Why do you measure the skin temperature at the thigh? |
Thighs high in cellulite are normally cooler during classical training. During a HYPOXI training session your blood supply and metabolism is increased which results in the cellulite in your thighs to rise in temperature. We measure the skin temperature to insure the therapy is targeting the specified area in the most sufficient way possible.

Each HYPOXI training device allows you to concentrate on fat loss at your problem areas. Depending on your personal predisposition that loss is almost 3 times more than without HYPOXI Training. For example, if your thighs were your problem area then each kg (kilogram) of body weight lost results in 1 cm circumference lost in that area. In 5-6 weeks, most clients see results in a full dress size lost.Your results with HYPOXI Therapy Training differ depending on your initial physique and your ending goal. Most of our clients achieve their goal during a period of 1-3 months.

Yes, HYPOXI Training relieves the veinous system of the legs. The combination of light changes of pressure and simultaneous muscular movement helps the veins and also the lympahtic system .
With varicous veins try to avoid:
- treatments with heat
- to stand a long time without movement
- to sit with crossed legs

For persons with serious illnesses of the:
- Heart and circulatory system
- the blood vessels
- the metabolism
- the bones and muscles

- Pregnant woman
- Inflammations and infections
- any Pain
Precondition – if mild bike training is allowed!
![]() | After pregnancy when is it possible to restart HYPOXI Training? |
After 6 weeks (normal birth), if your gynecologist allows mild bike training. After a caesarean, 2 months is required and then only if your gynecologist allows mild bike training.
![]() | I am breast feeding? |
HYPOXI Training with the Trainer L250 or S120 is possible, but it is important that the temperature of your legs stay increased.
HYPOXI Dermology treatments and Vacunaut are NOT possible while breast feeding.
![]() | My training sessions are late in the evening, is it necessary to eat? |
If you have had enough nutrients (including proteins) during the day then you do not need to eat post training. If you cancel the meal completely your body will have a very high post exercise energy consumption. It is important to ensure that the body receives enough liquids post training (0 calories).
